I try my best to pack and ship within 1 business day for most orders.

For US based orders:   USPS is usually 2-3 business days and UPS is 2-5 business days depending on how close to the midwest you are, and how Rural your delivery area is. generally, you will have it within a week at most.

For International orders:  USPS goes to a international shipping hub first, and is then forwarded onto you .  this takes about 3-5 days to the hub, a few days to your border, and a week for your local customs and shipper.   UPS Has expiedited service and is usually 3-5 days to your door, depending on Customs clearance and local transit times.

Yes, I can ship UPS next day, 2 day or 3 day select by request.  You have to email or call me directly to get the cost and confirm availablilty of service.  I email a paylink for the added / new total cost thereof.

The website is not able to calculate real time weight based freight amounts at this time. cutoff time for expedieted is about 2pm CST M-F

If you have a shipping account with a carrier, i am more than happy to apply your label and customs paperwork to the package and drop off at the center same day.  UPS, USPS, Fedex, DHL are accepted locally here for drop off.

Shipping is currently set up as a flat rate per order that is shown in the cart before checkout. Options for the US:  USPS prioity mail (or Ground advantage) that take 3-5 days or UPS Ground that is 2-5 days

Yes, the cart is set up to ship internationally to common countries like Austrailia/ NZ, Canada, UK, most in the EU, Japan and some SE Asian Destinations.  If you country is not listed, please contact me and i can check and see if it is possible.  often times, yes it is.

Currently the only dealer is Cagero in Switzerland (EU).  OItherwise I sell through the site here, thesamba, and ebay – but they are all me.    If your wishing to become a dealer, I will entertain inquiries to that effect on a case by case basis.

No, just a shed.  Im a random dude who does this for a hobby like many of my fellow VW enthusiasts.  So everything is by mail order, or you might see me at a swap meet in WI, IL, MN or IA

The items here are sold as is/ where is with no warranty expressed or implied.  That said, I do wish for you to be happy with your purchase, and understand unforeseen issues do arise.  So if there is a question or problem with the product, let me know so i can do my best to resolve it.

My products are designed to be simple, straightforward and intuitive to setup and use for customers who have common sense and are DIY oriented hobbiests with average mechanical ability and willingness to troubleshoot and learn.

I am happy to answer emails and my phone to help you understand how the tools work, what they do, and alleviate any concerns you have before or after ordering them.  When you call, you are talking to the guy who made it, and put it in the box.  I like to bullshit about VWs too, and sometimes get off topic.

I spend my time in the design phase, not formal documentation writing every possible pitfall and installation quirk that could arise because nobody reads them anyways.  I am, however, continually working on more instructional type resources and videos and trying to add them to the site. Customer supplied videos of the tools and things in use to help out others are posted here as well for referenceing the tasks at hand.

I love to hear new ideas for tools and trinkets needed in the marketplace to help out the hobbiests.  With todays technology is is often cost effective to make protoype level batches so custom tools and creating new things is more possible now, then ever.  So, if you have an idea, HELL YES hit me up.  id love to discuss it and perhaps some functional design is just bar napkin sketch away from becoming reality.
